Astra Tech announced the integration of the “Velo” application services, which specializes in providing private educational lessons around the clock, with the “Botem” application, as part of the group’s efforts to expand its service offerings.
This comes with the aim of providing high-quality, easy-to-access educational services to users around the world, which contributes to building a global community that embraces teachers and learners together. The Velo platform allows millions of students in the Middle East and North Africa to communicate directly with highly experienced teachers in just a minute, and make a one-on-one video call with them. It is distinguished from other traditional learning experiences in that students can communicate with teachers around the clock, without a specific call time.
Useful communication features
- More than 150 million Botem users around the world will have access to Velo’s accelerated learning services, supported by research from Harvard University, the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab, and the World Bank.
- Velo provides access to a network of 60,000 expert teachers, providing more than 4.5 million students in 15 different countries with learning experiences tailored to their needs. This merger represents a major step towards promoting equality in education globally
It is noteworthy that “Astra Tech” launched “Botem 3.0” last year, and says it is the first superior application for communication in the world, with the aim of providing a comprehensive digital experience, through an easy user interface that combines the capabilities of financial technology, e-commerce, artificial intelligence assistant features, and communications services. This integration process with the Velo platform contributes to providing a simplified, conversation-based solution for users to access various services within one platform.
