RIYADH: As the Hajj season approaches, the Transport Authority has announced that it has increased services to transport pilgrims to and from Makkah by buses between the country’s cities. These services will be available for pilgrims who wish to travel between cities via buses.
Three leading companies with expertise and experience in transporting passengers by bus between cities and regions of the country have been commissioned for this purpose. These are North West Company, Darb Alwatvan Company and SAT Company. These companies will be responsible for transporting the pilgrims to Makkah by land.

The bus service will be available from 1st of Dulqaad to 15th of Dhul Hajj. The authority noted that these services are available at more than 260 locations across the country and more than 200 buses leave for Makkah every day.
With the aim of providing safe and reliable transport services to pilgrims from various cities of the country, the transport department has established bus services to and from Makkah through expert and reliable companies in bus services. The transport authority said that it is to fulfill the needs of pilgrims to perform Hajj and provide an opportunity to enjoy various transport options on their journey to Makkah.
