Test done on 45 people
According to the researchers, 45 kovid infected patients were tested. During this test, it was found that Kovid virus was found in the conjunctiva swab of a patient, a 24-year-old young man who was suffering from symptomatic infection. On this basis, researcher Ambika Rangia says that the possibility of getting Kovid virus in the conjunctiva swab is extremely low, but doctors should be careful while examining the eyes of the infected patient. Similarly, ophthalmologists should be cautious while treating patients with ophthalmology.
These symptoms can spread corona
The researcher made a special point in the study. They say that the tear from the eyes can fall on common surfaces and inadvertently spread the infection. If a healthy person smells, then he can get infection. If a person has redness in the eyes, viscous fluid comes out, burning sensation or watery eyes, then infection can spread most quickly from such people.
Significantly, the corona virus continues to wreak havoc. According to the report released by the Ministry of Health, in the last twenty-four hours, Kovid-19 15,372 new cases were confirmed in India. With this, the total number of cases of Corona has increased to 4,26,397. Meanwhile, 423 people have also died from Corona. So far, 13,695 people have lost their lives due to infection with this virus.
