Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) on Friday announced that the Dubai Metro’s operating hours will be extended to Sunday, 20 July 2025. The decision is aimed at providing easy and smooth transport to passengers during the Global Encounters Festival 2025 to be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The move has been taken keeping in mind the increased passenger traffic and late-night events, so that participants and visitors can reach and return to the venue comfortably, the RTA said.
Passengers are advised to confirm the extended operating hours from the RTA’s official website or mobile app before travelling. This move not only reflects service to the community but also highlights RTA’s commitment towards making Dubai a smart and amenity-oriented city.
