The platform, accessible through the Dubai Police website using secure UAE Pass log in was unveiled on Tuesday (January 20), during a press conference announcing a new digital experience for the police website and smart app.
Among the new features is the smart AI consultant, AiX, designed to assist users by addressing inquiries and guiding them through services, alongside measures aimed at reducing bureaucracy and simplifying digital procedures.
Officials said the updates are intended to deliver faster, more secure, and more accessible digital services for users across the platform.
