Azim Premji and his wife Yasin filed case in supreme court on Saturday
Bengaluru court has issued summons in criminal case
ew Delhi:Â IT industry’s known name Azim Premji and his wife Yasin on Saturday filed a petition in the Supreme Court to quash the summons issued by the Bengaluru court.

Prem ji has said in his petition that this process was completed after getting permission from Karnataka High Court in 2015 and information was also given to the Stock Exchange and Ministry of Company Affairs.
The same Azim Premji’s lawyer Mahesh Aggarwal says that behind this is the hand of Premji’s former colleague Subhiksha Subramaniam, he is doing this under the call of police defamation and conspiracy

It is also to be noted here that Azim Premji has retired from all the posts of his company last year and currently his son Rishad is handling the company.
