Applications are invited for the first batch of NORCA ROOTS Triple Win Trainee Program (Ausbildung), which provides an opportunity for free nursing studies and then work in Germany after the Plus Two.
The program offers German language training (up to B2 level), support throughout the recruitment process, employment opportunities in Germany’s healthcare sector, and a monthly stipend during studies upon arrival in Germany.

The program provides vocational nursing training to practice as a registered nurse in Germany. In science stream which includes biology, minimum 60 percent marks in plus two. NORKA ROOTS Chief Executive said that those interested can apply by March 21 to the email id triplewin.norka@kerala.gov.in along with a detailed CV, motivation letter, German language proficiency, previous experience (optional), copies of educational certificates and other essential documents in English. Preference will be given to A2 and B1 level pass in German (from Goethe, Telc, OSD, TestDaf and after April 2023). Previous experience in health field (eg Junior Red Cross membership) will be considered as an additional qualification. Kerala students between the ages of 18 and 27 can apply for the programme.
Applicants should be continuously residing in India for the last 6 months and willing to attend offline classes for language learning at the proposed location. The Triple Win Trainee Program is jointly organized by Norca Roots, the German Federal Employment Agency and the German Agency for International Cooperation.
