While taking part with some of the best junior players in the world, in a mentoring session conducted by the International Tennis Federation (ITF), Muguruza shared her experiences and gave advice to the upcoming generation of players.
Dubai: Thanks to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, Garbine Muguruza, a former World No. 1 and Grand Slam winner for two times, has come out publically and spoke about her evolution as a more complete tennis player.
“One of the things I worked on is the way I train. Previously, I used to get bored during my training sessions, I later realized that my attitude was bad. I was always more interested in competing but not training, later I changed my vision and that really helped,” Muguruza told attendees in a Zoom session.
