Haj big update: An alert has been issued for people going for Haj in Saudi. It has been said that if you are going for Haj in this summer season, then take special care of your health. The Saudi National Center of Meteorology (NCM) has announced that pilgrims should take care of themselves during the scorching heat in Mecca and Medina.
NCM has said for the pilgrims that both the cities may face hot and dry weather. The maximum average temperature in Mecca during the day can be 43.6 degrees Celsius and in Madinah it can be 29.3 degrees Celsius.
The temperature of both these cities will be moderate at night. The temperature is likely to be 29.6 degrees Celsius in Mecca and 29.3 degrees Celsius in Madinah. During this time visibility will also increase along with increase in heat. Strong winds will blow.
