Fraud with job aspirants: Cases of fraud are coming to the fore with job aspirants in Gulf countries. A similar incident has also come to the fore in India in which a youth who was looking for a job was duped.
According to media reports, Almas Tour and Travels Company of Lucknow has cheated the youth. The victim was fraudulently sent to Oman for a job on a tourist visa.

Complaint lodged after finding out the truth
As soon as the truth of the case was known, the victim’s wife lodged a complaint with the police. The victim, Atul, was promised a job as a driver in Oman. The accused had taken a total of Rs 1.77 lakh from Atul to send him to Oman in the name of job.
When he reached the airport, the ticket turned out to be fake. He was later sent to Oman on a tourist visa. He was kept in Oman till his tourist visa expired and later deported. Police is investigating the accused.
