Ministry of Hajj and Umrah issues Nusk card to identify Hajj pilgrims

Riyadh: As part of the Hajj preparations, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has released the Nusk Card. This card contains comprehensive information about the pilgrim. The ministry handed over the first batch of cards to a delegation of Indonesian pilgrims.

Pilgrims must carry this card with them for entering holy places, traveling and travelling. The card will be issued to the foreign pilgrims through the Hajj Offices after the visa is granted.

Domestic pilgrims can obtain Hajj permits through service companies after issuing them. ‘NUSK Card’ is a printed official identity card. This is to distinguish the authorized pilgrims at the holy places. A digital copy of it will be available on the apps ‘Nusk’ and ‘Tavakalna’.

Meanwhile, with the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah making the Nusk card mandatory for pilgrims, the noose on those who come for Hajj without a permit will be tightened. Entry and travel to holy places will be impossible without a Nusk card. The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah aims to make Hajj activities more systematic.
