Many mobile apps are banned in UAE which are often used by people using VPN or proxy and creating fake IPs so that others can run APPS.

Now doing such work will come under the category of crime, and for this the Government of Emirates has also issued a provision for imposing penalty.
The government of UAE has issued information about the fine amount for this from 5 lakh dirhams to 20 lakh dirhams.
