Ajman: The Ajman Municipality has announced on its official X account the activation of 1,263 new paid parking spaces across key streets in the city, starting Saturday, June 21, 2025.
The new parking areas are located on Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi Street (near Garden City Towers), Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Nuaimi Street (near Ajman Pearl Towers), Al Baraa bin Malik Street, and Osama bin Zaid Street.
This move is part of the municipality’s ongoing efforts to better organise parking and enhance traffic flow throughout the Emirate.

Parking is free on Fridays and holidays
In Ajman, parking is free on Fridays and public holidays. Paid parking hours generally run from 8:00am to 1:00pm and from 5:00pm to 10:00pm, Saturday through Thursday. Additionally, some areas — especially near parks — offer free parking daily from 4:00pm to 1:00am.
