Taif Airport Project Details
The new airport will be located in Taif, 21 kilometres southeast of the existing airport, with an initial capacity of 2.5 million passengers by 2030.
The project includes the design, construction, transport and operation of the new airport, and includes a runway with a full parallel taxiway and rapid exits.
The new airport will also include an integrated departure lounge capable of accommodating the expected demand, in addition to various service facilities, such as support buildings and utility networks, in addition to parking lots and roads leading to the departure lounge, to ensure that the airport operates according to the highest standards.
