Registration in the employment contract has been made mandatory for employees working in Oman. Giving information about this to the employers, the Ministry of Labor has said that they should be careful in this matter and get their employment contract registered.
The rule will come into effect from July 1, 2023
It has been said that Pravasi Kam Gaadi will have to keep in mind that from July 1, 2023, it will be mandatory to register the employment contract. A statement in this regard has also been issued by the Ministry of Labour.
This statement has been made that registration of employment contract is necessary from 1st July 2023. This registration will be mandatory in both profit and non-profit conditions. Now less than 30 days are left in this date. In such a situation, employers should immediately activate their personal identification cards and start registering migrants’ contracts.
