Muscat: Oman Civil Aviation Authority and Oman Meteorological Center have announced that there will be a gradual increase in temperature in the country this week. By the middle of that week, maximum temperatures are expected to reach 40 degrees Celsius, especially in desert areas.
41.1 degrees Celsius in Barka and 40.2 degrees Celsius in Suwaikh during the last 24 hours. Lasius and 39.8 Celsius was recorded in Al Amerat. But in different parts of the state, there was heavy rain last day. It rained with wind and thunder.
At the same time, the Saudi National Meteorological Center has also released a new weather forecast for this week. Rain is expected in most parts of the country this week. A few days ago, it rained heavily in Saudi Arabia. After this, the chance of rain again has been predicted.

The Meteorological Center said there is a possibility of thundery rain and wind and dust will rise. Chance of rain is forecast from Saturday to next Friday. Jizan, southwestern Saudi Arabia’s Albaha, Riyadh and the Eastern Province are likely to receive moderate to heavy rain and may continue till Friday, the center said.
Flooding of valleys, hailstorms and rough seas are possible after rain. Following the weather forecast, the General Directorate of Civil Defense has issued a warning. People are advised to be cautious in going to waterlogged areas and valleys.
