Under the patronage of Sheikha Mariam bint Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Forum in Dubai reveals the elements of successful entrepreneurial projects
The Dubai Entrepreneurship and Innovation Forum, which was recently held under the patronage of Sheikha Mariam bint Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum, revealed a number of workshops and dialogue sessions presented by a group of experts and specialists. The most prominent of these sessions was a workshop on “The Concept and Foundations of Entrepreneurship”, which reviewed ways to develop innovative ideas and how to transform them into realistic, implementable projects.
The events also included a workshop on “Digital Marketing and Building Effective Communication Strategies”, which discussed the importance of digital communication in building emerging brands, and touched on the tools and strategies that project owners can use to reach a wider audience and achieve the desired success.
The forum also witnessed a section dedicated to networking between entrepreneurs, institutions and private companies, where attendees had the opportunity to communicate and exchange ideas and experiences, which contributes to enhancing opportunities for cooperation.
The forum comes within the framework of the ongoing efforts to enhance the business environment and support innovation as a fundamental pillar of the economic development strategy of the United Arab Emirates. The Office of Sheikha Maryam bint Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Maktoum organized the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Forum in Dubai on August 17, in cooperation with the Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, Dubai Public Libraries, the Ruwad Foundation for Supporting Entrepreneurial Projects, Smart Link and Smart Media, B2B Company, and the Be Professional Institute, in partnership with Map Production, Asma Media, and DXB Media, at Al Mankhool Library in the Emirate of Dubai, with the aim of enhancing communication between entrepreneurs, investors, and experts, and providing an interactive platform for exchanging innovative ideas and valuable experiences.
Media personality Salem Mohammed, the forum’s presenter, spoke about the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship in achieving the UAE’s future vision. Dr. Asmaa Al-Idlibi also spoke about the importance of supporting young people and entrepreneurs in the country, noting that “creativity and innovation are the two main pillars for achieving economic leadership and reaching a more sustainable and prosperous future.”
The forum concluded with an open discussion session that allowed everyone to share their opinions and future aspirations, emphasizing the importance of continuing to organize such events that contribute to building an entrepreneurial community that supports innovation and economic growth.
