Considering the rush during Ramadan, the Haram General Authority has prepared special facilities for the Umrah pilgrims in Makkah’s Masjid al-Haram to facilitate rituals and prayers. 210 doors have been opened exclusively for pilgrims to reduce the rush of entry into Masjid-ul-Haram. The authority will monitor the movement of pilgrims and visitors in and out in collaboration with government agencies operating within the mosque. People who need special care will get more attention.

The ground floor of Masjid al-Haram has various entrances reserved for Umrah pilgrims, including King Abdulaziz Gate, King Fahd Gate, Umrah Gate, Salam Gate, and doors numbered 85 to 93. But pilgrims will not be able to enter through door number 88. Also, they have access to Ajyad Stair Case, Ajyad Bridge, Shubaika Stair Case 65-66, King Fahd Stairway 91-92, Stair Case 84, Doors No. 78, 79, 80 at Side Crossing to exit, Stair Case No. 74, 71, Pilgrims can also use the normal stair steps numbered 73, 85 and 88, the King Fahd stair case, doors 75 to 77 and 81 to 83.
The Shubaika staircase along with the King Abdulaziz Gate has been reserved for emergency purposes. On the first floor, King Fahd Gate, Umrah Gate, Zubair Gate, Ajyad Bridge, Shubaika Bridge, Usman Bridge, King Fahd Gate Elevators and on the second floor, Al Arkham Stairway Elevators, Umrah Gate Elevators, Ajyad Stairway Elevators, Marwa Stairway Elevators and Rooftop Area for the Disabled. can also be used by pilgrims.
