The total number of violators caught during the campaigns was (19,989), including (12,608) violators of the residency system, and (4,519) violators of the border security system.
The field campaigns carried out in All over Saudi Arabia In controlling violators and implementing regulations, for the period from 08/08/2024 to 14/08/2024, and resulted in: The following results:
1: The total number of violators caught during the campaigns was (19,989), including (12,608) violators of the residency system, (4,519) violators of the border security system, and (2,862) violators of the labor system.
2: (913) people were arrested while trying to infiltrate into Saudi Arabia, (32%) of whom were from Yemen, (65%) from Ethiopia, and the rest were of other nationalities. (34) people were also arrested while trying to leave the Kingdom illegally.
3: (9) persons involved in crimes of transporting, sheltering, and employing violators of residency, work, and border security regulations, and covering them up, were arrested.
4: Currently, (15,803) violating expatriates are subject to the procedures for implementing the regulations, of whom (14,491) are men, while (1,312) are women.
5: Actions were taken against (5028) violators by referring them to their diplomatic missions to obtain travel documents, referring (2955) violators to complete their travel reservations, and deporting (11361) violators.
Saudi Ministry of Interior warns..
The Ministry of Interior warned against facilitating the entry or harbouring of violators of the border security system, stressing deterrent penalties of up to 15 years in prison and a fine of one million riyals, along with confiscation of property and defamation.
