In a step aimed at enhancing the quality of services provided, Dr. Al-Rabiah announced the delivery of the preliminary arrangements document to the Hajj affairs offices for the next Hajj season, which includes the distribution of countries’ quotas to ensure the provision of distinguished services to pilgrims, in addition to contracting with companies providing the service for a period of three years.
The Hajj Affairs offices can contract with a service providing company for a period of three years to ensure the continuity of the quality of services while fixing the allocation of the camp sites, and obligating the service providing companies to provide the service of contracting for housing and subsistence services, and for it to be part of the service package in cooperation with the Hajj Affairs offices. The Hajj Affairs offices will have to Hajj must contract with a service provider licensed by the Ministry of Health in the Kingdom, to ensure the follow-up of medical services in cooperation with the medical mission in the office.
