The official spokesman for “SDAIA”, Eng. Majed Al-Shahri, said in a statement issued today: “Since the first moment of the technical failure, the Authority has been standing by its national technical teams on the work of its internal systems and the government systems hosted by it and has not been exposed to any failure, as they were built by qualified national cadres in the fields of computer technology and programming at the highest level of technical construction that ensures the speed of transition from one system to another in the event of any technical failure, as happened today.”

He added that “Sadaia’s technical teams are qualified national cadres and work around the clock with the concerned authorities to secure digital government services and ensure their continuity without interruption.”

Eng. Majed Al-Shehri pointed out that “the nature of cyberspace is fraught with many risks, but Sadaia is working to establish infrastructures for government agencies with the latest computer technologies related to data and artificial intelligence that ensure their quality and safety from any potential risks, in addition to the efforts it is making to enhance its cooperation with its partners around the world to ensure an open and secure cyberspace.”
