According to Article Seven of the Nationality Law, “Anyone born inside or outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to a Saudi father, a Saudi mother, a father of unknown or stateless nationality, or a foundling inside the Kingdom to unknown parents is a Saudi. A foundling in the Kingdom is considered born there unless proven otherwise.” .
