Sources indicate that the Border Ministry will not allow passengers to enter the country unless they have an approved PCR report and the report is negative.
The report should also be within 96 hours. The passengers will stay in quarantine in Kuwait for 14 days and will enter the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, leaving Kuwait country under the same PCR report.
According to the decision taken by the authorities in Saudi Arabia, many citizens and citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council are expected to depart through land ports starting this morning.
