Transferring the jurisdiction of the Activities Licensing Authority to the Saudi Film Commission
The Board of Directors decided Film Commission, affiliated with the Saudi Ministry of Culture, transferred the jurisdiction of the authority to issue the following licenses to the Film Commission, which includes issuing licenses:
- Operating production studios.
- Production of visual and audio content.
- Recovery and distribution of motion pictures.
- No objection to cinematography.
The Saudi Film Commission decided to start accepting applications for licenses for these activities through the “Ebdaa” cultural platform.
