Today, First Abu Dhabi Bank and Microsoft signed a partnership aimed at cooperating to develop banking technologies based on artificial intelligence.
The “Artificial Intelligence Innovation Center” will work in the areas of creativity, sustainability, and customer experience, and the agreement will include three aspects of cooperation, including innovation using artificial intelligence, enhancing global growth, and establishing new features for the financial markets system.

The center will contribute to accelerating the adoption of new innovations and artificial intelligence technologies within the financial services sector with the aim of improving products, identifying the categories that will use them, creating unique models for artificial intelligence risks, launching new solutions, and other advantages.
First Abu Dhabi Bank continues to establish partnerships in the field of artificial intelligence, including its long-standing partnership with G42 and its work with its subsidiary, “Core42,” which specializes in providing comprehensive solutions that rely on artificial intelligence with the aim of accelerating the process of transferring the bank’s data center and operating it with the “Microsoft Azure” cloud computing system.
The bank has integrated advanced artificial intelligence and blockchain technology into its service platform, ensuring customers a smooth and flexible digital banking experience, whether at the level of opening accounts or using the various services that the bank provides to its customers.
This partnership is in line with the UAE’s strategy for artificial intelligence, which aims to consolidate the country’s global position in the field of artificial intelligence by 2031, by setting policies to build a qualified system to keep pace with various developments in this field.
