Dar Global, the luxury real estate developer, has announced a new collaboration with The Trump Organization to launch Trump Tower Dubai.
The project will include a luxury hospitality destination under the Trump Hotel brand, along with a variety of residential units.
This announcement comes at a time when Dubai is witnessing a strong recovery in the real estate sector and remarkable growth with an increase in demand for real estate, especially luxury real estate, and also in light of former US President Donald Trump’s participation in the presidential election race, which is scheduled to start on November 5, where the former president is competing with the current Democratic President Joe Biden.
The Trump Organization has several projects in Dubai, most notably Trump Estates at DAMAC Hills, a luxury residential community developed by Damac Properties. The project includes villas surrounded by the Trump International Golf Club Dubai, and includes themed gardens, sports facilities, a skate park, and stables.
In addition, there is Trump World Golf Club Dubai, another golf course project in Dubai designed by Tiger Woods, and is part of the AKOYA Oxygen project owned by Damac Properties.
