The company issued work permits for employees and registered them with the facility without an actual employment relationship.

Abu Dhabi Misdemeanor Court issued A ruling to fine a private company 10 million Dirhams due to its falsification of localization data and the appointment of a large number of citizens in a fictitious manner, according to Emirates News Agency WAM.

The Ministry of Human Resources discovered that the company had registered the names of 113 Emiratis as employees, but these people were not actually working for the company.

After investigation, it became clear that the company was issuing fake work permits for these people and registering them in its records, without them having any role in the work. In this way, it was trying to avoid the implementation of the Emiratisation law, which aims to increase employment opportunities for Emiratis in the private sector.
