UAE approves housing approvals worth over AED 2 billion

The number of approvals issued by the programme during the first half of this year reached 2,618 housing approvals worth more than 2 billion dirhams, distributed between 631 grants worth 430 million and 922 thousand dirhams, and 1,987 housing loans and financing worth 1 billion and 597 million dirhams.

The UAE government gives top priority to the housing file, which constitutes an important strategic axis of the federal government’s work in coordination with local governments and relevant authorities, with the aim of providing all means of support and factors of social stability, foremost of which is adequate housing.
