Abu Dhabi: All schools in the country have been asked to dedicate at least three minutes of each period to educate students about the coronavirus pandemic, an official from the Ministry of Education confirmed on Thursday.
The educative Covid-19 awareness session is meant to raise awareness among students about the pandemic. These awareness raising sessions will continue for two weeks in all schools.
The ministry said: “Schools have been asked to dedicate three minutes of each period for a duration of two weeks to raise awareness among students about coronavirus pandemic.”
The ministry also confirmed that no new subject is introduced on Covid-19, rubbishing all the false news circulated by some sites.
