Alert issued for employers
UAE workers system has changed: Now these workers will get salary in a new way, the system has changed from April 1, An alert has been issued for UAE employers. It states that UAE employers are required to register their domestic workers on the wage protection system (WPS). Many workers have been hired under the salary scheme, whose number has increased since April 1.
Under the system, it is ensured by the officials that the workers get paid on time. Earlier also all the employers were appealed to register the domestic workers on WPS.
Domestic workers who have pending labor complaints, who do not have a job or are absent from work, are excluded from the WPS rule.
WPS is a type of electronic salary transfer system with the help of which the employer gives salary to the worker. Wit.h this system it is ensured that the workers are paid salary on time
