INITIATIVES to develop the youth sector were highlighted at a key conference yesterday. Minister of Youth and Sport Affairs Ayman Almoayed outlined the Al Amal (Hope) Fund aimed at empowering youngsters and exploring their talents so as to further engage them in the kingdom’s development process .
