The Kuwait MOI team, manpower department and health authorities raided an apartment in Filipinos in Kuwait while running tattoo badges without medical and health licenses. Sources have revealed that the Philippines migrant is a salon/salon. The clinic was doing business tattooing of permanent and temporary tattoos using equipment from unknown sources.
