Dubai is famous for its multi-storeyed buildings, beautiful modern man-made islands and Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. But now a floating hotel is also being built here. This hotel will be floating in the sea. Even the strong waves of the sea will not be able to shake it. Let’s know the features of this hotel…

It will cost about Rs.1212 crore to build this hotel. The name of this hotel is Floating Sea Palace and Resort. Six floating glass boat villas will also be connected to the floating building of the main hotel. There will be a floating bridge to go to these. The rest you can also go directly from the coast to your villa via speed boat.

Strong waves of the sea will not be able to shake it because they have shaft motors which will tolerate the speed and height of the waves. The hotel is being built near the Marina coast of Dubai. The hotel has completed a glass boat villa named Neptune.

Mohammed Al Barawi, the CEO of the company that built it, told Gulf News that 95 percent of the hotel work has been completed. The remaining work will also be completed in the next one month. The Neptune Glass Boat Villa has been bought by UAE Indian businessman Balwinder Sahni.

Neptune Glass Boat Villa has two floors. There is a swimming pool on the outside. Each floor is of 300 square meters. There are four bedrooms on the first floor. Every glass boat villa is eco-friendly. There is an automatic air filtration system inside them, which will clean and send sea air indoors. Solar power will provide electricity and waste recycling system is also installed.
