Apple announced today, Monday, the launch of the “MacBook Air” equipped with the M3 processing chip, becoming the latest personal computers and laptops that run the “Mac” system. According to a statement issued by the company, the new device will be 60% faster than the category equipped with the M1 chip.
The new device will be available in two sizes: 13 and 15 inches, with an ultra-thin and light design, a battery life of up to 18 hours, and a stunning Retina Liquid display, with new capabilities that include support for up to two external displays, and a faster Wi-Fi network than the previous generation.

The company described that its new device is the world’s leading consumer device for the era of artificial intelligence, as the macOS system offers smart features that enhance productivity and creativity, taking advantage of the amazing performance of artificial intelligence, so that users can benefit from powerful camera features, convert words into written text in real time, and translate, Text prediction, visual perception, accessibility features, and more.
Prices and availability
The company said that the new device will be available in the market starting March 8, and can also be ordered starting today, Monday, through the Apple Store in 28 countries.
The price of the 13-inch MacBook Air with an M3 chip will start at 4,599 AED and 4,199 dirhams for students, and the price of the 15-inch MacBook Air with an M3 chip will start at 5,499 dirhams and 5,099 dirhams for students. Both models will be available in different colors.
