Xi Jinping, Chinese President has called for a long-term plan to deal with current economic difficulties, risks and challenges and to boost country’s development.
Our huge economic potential to remain unchanged no matter the challenges ahead, and the government has various policy measures to promote economic development in the country, the President said in a recent conference.
Xi said that China’s economy faces great pressure at this time due to the new coronavirus outbreak, along with many other structural and periodic issues.
China also facing various international challenges like the world economic recession, the steep decline in global trade and investment, financial market turbulence, global travel ban, and rising geopolitical risks, the president pointed out.
Xi however expressed confidence in getting the China’s economic growth back to track, said that the country has developed the largest industrial system in the world and showcases a great productive capacity.
