Corpal tunnel syndrome, why should this problem occur, its prevention and treatment

Nowadays, most of the time of the people is spent moving the fingers on the computer, laptop, mobile keyboard, which has started hurting their wrists and fingers. This health problem that arises due to modern lifestyle is called corpal tunnel syndrome.

For a long time, due to running the fingers on the gadgets, the particular part of the wrist starts swelling. This puts more pressure on the middle nerve of the palms. This nerve acts to connect the wrist and fingers. Actually, the current is circulated naturally to operate the nervous system of the body. When its volume is read, there is a tingling in the fingers. Many times when the current is reduced, the hand becomes numb. Apart from this, there is also a situation that the current flow is very fast, sometimes it slows down completely. This causes weakness in a person’s hands.

Nerve conduction study examines this disease. In the initial stages, the symptoms of the problem are controlled by injecting steroids under the wrist vein. It is advisable to wear a coronal tunnel sling if there is more pain. If this problem does not go away, then a minor wrist surgery is required in a critical situation, after which the problem goes away.

1. Do not keep the wrist in the same position for a long time while moving the mouse on the computer. Also change the position of elbows in between.

2. While working on the keyboard, give your fingers a little rest for a minute or two at intervals of half an hour.

3. If it is necessary for your profession to talk on mobile for a long time, instead of holding it by hand, use hands free plug and place the handset on the table in front of you.

4. Working on the computer, rotate the wrists of your two hands clockwise and anti clockwise for five minutes at an interval of every two hours. 

5. Control your weight and sugar level.

6. Holding the rubber soft smiley ball in the palms and pressing it also relieves pain. 

7. Place icebags on the affected area.

8. Do not tie the watch belt tightly.

9. Do not take any painkillers from your mind.

10. Do not carry any heavy items if you have severe pain.
