FIM Properties believes that the Dubai real estate market has a bright future, supported by a variety of economic and social factors.

The company indicated in a report it prepared that Dubai’s growing global reputation, focus on attracting wealthy investors and a strong market for cash buyers are among the main factors in its smart strategy to prevent oversupply.

FIM identified 9 main factors that enhance Dubai real estate market, based on the inputs of its strong team of 650 real estate consultants spread across 26 locations in the emirate.

These factors include the current inflationary environment that is pushing investors towards real estate as a safe haven, Dubai’s global appeal, the booming luxury real estate market, the influx of international developers, the rise in the number of real estate professionals, enhanced market regulation, strong end-user demand, improved market transparency, and the lack of reliance on mortgages.

One of the key factors supporting Dubai’s real estate market is its global appeal. Dubai’s strategic location, easy visa policies, and attractive lifestyle are attracting global interest and investment.

Mega projects currently wowing audiences include Dubai Reefs, a 600-square-kilometre floating living laboratory for marine restoration and eco-tourism, creating more than 30,000 jobs in the green economy.

“Inflation is pushing investors towards real estate as a safe haven, and Dubai is ideally positioned to benefit from this, with its focus on infrastructure, lifestyle and accommodation attracting international interest,” said Firas Al-Masdi, CEO of FIM Properties.

Moreover, Dubai’s booming luxury real estate market is attracting wealthy investors with new ultra-luxury properties, with a growing number of international developers. The transparency of the market, where cash buyers are the norm, is also boosting investor confidence.
