Dubai International Airport announces the return to normal operation after the rain

Five arriving flights were diverted to Dubai International Airport on Wednesday-Thursday night, and nine arriving flights and four departures were cancelled.

Today, Thursday, Dubai International Airport authorities announced the cancellation and diversion of many flights in Dubai, due to heavy rains falling on the Emirates for the second time in a month.

A spokesman for the Dubai Airport Authority said, “Five incoming flights were diverted overnight (Wednesday – Thursday), and nine incoming flights and four departures were cancelled.”
