GITEX Global, the world’s largest technology and startup exhibition, has launched GITEX DigiHealth 5.0 – Asia in Thailand, from September 10-12, 2025.

GITEX Digi Health 5.0-Asia will be organised by Cone International, the Dubai World Trade Centre’s international event partner, in conjunction with the Asia Medical Expo in Thailand, organised by Messe Dusseldorf Asia.

The game-changing industry event was officially announced by Gernot Ringling, Managing Director of Messe Düsseldorf Asia, and Trixie LohMirmand, CEO of Cone International and Executive Vice President of Dubai World Trade Centre, on the sidelines of the Asia Medical 2024 exhibition held last week in Singapore.

The announcement of the expanded strategic partnership between the world’s two largest technology and healthcare exhibition organisers comes shortly after they agreed to implement a dual approach to double down on the transformation of Asia’s healthcare sector. Under the agreement, Dubai World Trade Centre, represented by Cone International, and Messe Dusseldorf Asia will operate both the medical show and GITEX DigiHealth 5.0-Asia as twin events running concurrently, to tap into global opportunities and serve the healthcare industries in both Singapore and Thailand.

The strategic collaboration between Medical Expo Thailand and GITEX Healthcare will bring together government leaders, a leading group of global healthcare professionals, digital experts, investors, policymakers, startups and researchers to explore the immense potential of AI and digitalization to transform healthcare.

The inaugural 2025 edition of GITEX DigiHealth 5.0-Asia Thailand will further strengthen and expand these collaborations, showcasing pioneering and advanced health technology solutions, providing a comprehensive platform to foster meaningful collaboration and accelerate the growth of the digital health industry in Southeast Asia.
