Emaar’s investments in developing “The Heights Country Club” project amount to 55 billion dirhams, and the “Grand Club Resort” project amounts to 41 billion dirhams.
Launched “Emaar Properties Today, there are two new projects with a total value of up to 96 billion dirhams, which are “The Heights Country Club” in Dubai, and “The Grand Club Resort”, which is adjacent to its “The Oasis” project.
These two initiatives constitute a new addition to the company’s record in designing integrated destinations that reflect the modern lifestyle on a global level, and enable the company to strengthen its position strategically to launch a large group of villas and homes that are expected to increase its sales and profits.
The first project, “The Heights Country Club,” extends over an area of 81 million square feet, and its estimated development value is 55 billion dirhams.
The second project, “Grand Club Resort,” extends over an area of 60 million square feet, and its development value amounts to 41 billion dirhams. The resort includes world-class health and wellness facilities, providing a luxurious and distinguished hospitality experience.
