Muscat: Narcotics seized trying to smuggle to Oman Five people were arrested in connection with the incident. 900 packets of khat were seized.

Five people were arrested by Coast Guard Police under the leadership of Dhofar Governorate Police. The Royal Oman Police said that legal proceedings against them have been completed.
