Adani Group purchased 100% equity shares of Sangod Transmission Service Limited from Rajasthan State Electricity Transmission Corporation Limited. This deal was approved on 6 October 2023.
Acquisition Information: Adani Green Solutions Limited purchased the equity shares of Sangod Transmission Service Limited. This purchase has been made as per the share purchase agreement.
Company Launch: Sangod Transmission Service Limited was established on 3 February 2021, acquired by Adani Energy Solutions at a face value of Rs 10 per share.
Share surge: Adani Energy Solutions shares have increased by 417% in the last 5 years. At the same time, there has been a decline of 75% in the last one year and 69% this year.
52 week high and minimum level: The 52 week high level of the company’s shares has been Rs 3405.55 and the minimum level has been Rs 630.

The management of Mangaluru International Airport will be completely handed over to Adani Group from October 31. Adani Group had won the bid to operate, manage and develop 6 airports in India, including Mangaluru International Airport. It assumed responsibility on October 30, 2020. As per the agreement, the Airport Authority of India (AAI) and Adani Group jointly managed the airport for three years, with each employing half of the airport’s staff.
