Indian-Saudi partnership to manufacture electric cars

Indian company World Wizard has announced plans to build two electric vehicle and cell plants in Saudi Arabia.

Word Wizard Innovations & Services announced that Mobility India today announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Saudi Arabia to boost the electric vehicle sector in the region. This partnership includes setting up two factories in Saudi Arabia, the first to assemble Electric cars and the second to produce their cells.

This project comes within the framework of the Kingdom’s plans to develop the electric mobility sector and localize advanced industries.

Electric car assembly plant in Saudi Arabia

The assembly plant will focus in the first phase on the production of two-wheeled, three-wheeled and four-wheeled electric vehicles. The company plans to expand in the future to include the production of electric buses.

Electric car cell factory

In addition to the assembly plant, the project will include the establishment of a dedicated factory for the manufacture of electric vehicle cells, an important step towards enhancing the reliance on electric vehicles locally and reducing dependence on imports.

Cost of Indian Saudi Project

World Wizard has not yet announced the cost of the joint venture, but it confirmed that the project represents an important step in enhancing the Kingdom’s capabilities in the field of electric car manufacturing and advanced technology.
