Kuwait’s National Assembly President Marzuk al-Ganim has announced the postponement of the regular parliament session scheduled for Tuesday. All MPs will now be tested on Wednesday for two days next week on the next Saturday.
After the end of the office meeting of the Council, which was attended by Health Minister Sheikh Dr. Basel was held to make decisions based on al-Sabah’s letter. In which he recommended the cancellation of the session after two MPs were infected with the corona.
Al-Ghanim pointed out that so far more than five lawmakers have been killed, while not all lawmakers have been investigated. So the meeting was just cancelled. He revealed that his previous sessions had been held for three consecutive days.
In Kuwait, 718 new patients suffering from corona have been recovered today. By adding this new data, the total number of recoveries in the country has gone up to 86,219. Yesterday Monday, MP Safa al-Hasham announced that she had become infected with the corona. Al-Hasham took to Instagram.
