A MOVE that would have restricted private school and training institutes from increasing fees has been put on hold. Shura Council members were set to vote, during their weekly session yesterday, on allowing schools and institutes to hike their fees by a maximum five per cent – only three years from the last increase, with the Education Ministry’s approval mandatory in all circumstances .
