According to Emirates News Agency”WAM”,The new platform is in line with the UAE government’s vision “We the Emirates 2031” to create a pioneering and superior customer service experience over the next ten years.
A statement issued by the Authority explaining the benefits of the new service stated that the Maashi platform has transformed its digital services to increase customer satisfaction and enable users to access services independently using the digital identity.
Accordingly, the Authority provides in-person and virtual workshops for government entities and the private sector to ensure full understanding of the services provided to employers, insured members, retirees and beneficiaries.
Features of the Maashi platform for employers
- 1- The ability to access and benefit from the Authority’s services in a secure manner and around the clock.

- 2- Some of these services include end-of-service requests, adding or cancelling the employment period, purchasing a symbolic service period, in addition to many other services.

Retirees and beneficiaries
Maashi not only provides services to pensioners and beneficiaries, but also to agents and guardians who can now register and complete services on behalf of the elderly or minor, some of which include issuing, downloading or registering reports (in case the registered member is deceased), certificates or requesting updated data for registered members or a personal file.
