    – Banks will provide MSME promoters a subordinate debt equivalent to 15% of their current stake in the unit. The maximum limit fixed is 75 lakh rupees.
    – Decision to set up a fund of funds with a corpus of Rs 10,000 crore.
    – Subordinated debt of Rs 20,000 crores has been approved for MSMEs. Nearly 2 lakh MSMEs benefit.
