Pakistani Imam Haider came to France in 2015 and worked as an Imam in a mosque in Paris. He had posted some videos on TikTok, in which he was said to target non-Muslims while supporting terrorist incidents. Police arrested Hyder on the basis of these videos.

In the first video, Lukman Haider talked about the Charlie Hebdo cartoon saying that Muslims are ready to sacrifice for the Prophet. In the second video, he spoke about attacking non-Muslims and non-believers in Islam and sending them to hell. Whereas in his third video shared on 25 September, Hyder had praised the terrorists for the terrorist incident outside Charlie Hebdo’s former offices.
