Doha: There is a possibility of rain and strong winds in Qatar during the weekend, according to the Meteorological Department. Chance of rain is predicted from Thursday, April 11 till the weekend.
According to the advisory, the weather will be partly cloudy with light rain and thundershowers on Thursday. But on Friday, there is a chance of thundery rain and strong winds and the sea will be rough. Rain is likely till noon. Meanwhile, the weather department has not issued any warnings for Saturday. Temperatures will be mild during the day on Saturday.

Northwesterly wind speed of 5-15 kmph may prevail during these three days. It can reach a speed of 25 kmph. Waves can reach two to four feet. The Meteorological Department has predicted waves of 3-6 to 10 feet on Friday and 2-4 to 6 feet on Saturday.
