The government company, Rafid Vehicle Solutions, in cooperation with Sharjah Police, launched the new number – 80092 – for the service of reporting minor traffic accidents, as part of joint efforts to improve the services provided to the public and enhance their satisfaction. This update came with the aim of enhancing the response time for reporting minor incidents, accelerating procedures for obtaining other services related to this matter, assistance via telephone calls, and increasing customer satisfaction, in order to achieve greater flexibility and efficiency in the quality of service provided.
Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi confirmed during the launch that the new number came as part of the sustainable efforts of Sharjah Police and Rafid Vehicle Solutions Company aimed at raising the level of readiness to provide distinguished services to customers in the fastest time, in an effort to raise the level of traffic safety on the emirate’s roads, and the quality of performance in ways to achieve Customer happiness.

Ahmed Juma Al Musharrakh, Executive Director of Rafid, said: Changing the customer service number in Rafid came out of our keenness to continuously develop the quality of services we provide to customers, as we continuously work to raise our readiness, develop our equipment, and receive all comments and public calls around the clock, stressing that The company responds to the observations, takes corrective measures to develop its work system, and deals with accidents with great professionalism to reduce the response time to traffic accidents.
Rafid Company works on planning minor accidents by conducting an examination and inspection of the accident scene, and determining the type of accident report required by law, while adhering to accuracy and attention to detail, in addition to providing various services such as refueling for emergency situations, changing tires and batteries, etc., with a record response time for broken down vehicles. Obstructing traffic in order to raise the level of traffic safety on various roads in the Emirate of Sharjah.
